GENERAL PRODUCT NOTES

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS / NOTES

• • RiverRun Cabinetry provides a broad selection of cabinet sizes and accessories.

DOOR CLEARANCE

• • As with all full overlay door styles, clearance of doors and drawers must be taken into consideration during the design process to assure proper operation of all doors, drawers and roll out trays.  

SINGLE DOOR CABINET HINGING

• • Using the Online Order System, please select hinge left or hinge right on single door cabinets.

CABINET SIZES

• • Standard wall cabinets are 12” deep unless otherwise specified.
  • Standard base cabinets are 34 ½” tall and 24” deep.
  • Standard vanity cabinets are 34 ½” tall and 21” deep.

TOE KICK MATERIAL

• • All cabinets with a toe notch require 1⁄4″ x 4 1⁄2″ high, toe kick material.  This needs to be ordered in addition to the cabinetry.

Standard Product Materials

CASE

• • Standard face frames are traditional construction and are ¾” thick with 1½” stiles and rails made of solid wood.
  • End panels are ½” thick plywood.  Interiors include a clear coat finish and exteriors have a natural finish, both with the option to add a finished skin.
  • Shelves are ¾” thick balanced veneer core plywood, sealed with a clear coat and are adjustable and front edge banded.
  • Backs are ½” thick plywood to allow multiple locations for installation. Base cabinet backs extend to the floor providing optimal structural stability.
  • Toe kick is recessed 4” and is 4½” high.

DRAWERS AND GLIDES

• • EuroBoxes come standard with 5⁄8” thick hardwood plywood with drill and dowel construction. Optional upgraded dovetail drawer boxes are also available. Both drawer box options are UV clear-coated on all sides.
  • Bottoms are fully captured plywood on the EuroBox and the upgraded dovetail box.
  • Glides are under-mounted full-extension and soft close on both drawer options.

HINGES

• • Integrated soft-close hinges are standard for all door style

REVEALS

• • Wall cabinet doors have a ¼” reveal on bottom and sides. The top reveal is 1” for moulding installation.
  • Base cabinet doors have a ¼” reveal on bottom and sides.  The top drawer head has a ¼” reveal on the sides and a ½” reveal on the bottom (between the drawer and door).
  • All base cabinets have a 1” reveal on top.

FINISH

• • Catalyzed conversion varnish top coat with UV protection is applied to doors, drawers and face frames.
